無事に卒業式を迎え、帰国することができました
今年も一年、アジア学院と共に歩んでくださり、ありがとうございました。
今年も皆さまのお支えのうちに、27名の学生が農村指導者研修プログラムを修了することができました。9か月間の研修を様々な形で支えてくださったお一人お一人に、心より感謝いたします。
紛争・飢餓・貧困など社会課題にあえぐコミュニティで草の根から人々に向き合うために、それぞれが多くの学びを手に卒業生たちは帰国しました。




今年の最後の投稿として、2つのアップデートをお知らせします
今年最後のアップデート(1) InstagramとFacebookのリール動画を更新しました
12月にInstagramとFacebookのストーリーズで毎日お届けしていたシリーズ、「コミュニティに持ち帰りたい希望の贈り物」。その総集編として、卒業生全員の笑顔とメッセージを一つの動画にまとめました。また、最初に掲載したバージョンに、多くの「いいね！」をいただいたので、別バージョンを追加しました。

総集編に、BGMを加えたバージョンを追加しました。曲はアジア学院の「今年の歌」Monene (モネネ)。学生たちが西日本研修旅行で、また卒業式でも歌い、サポーターの方たちと共有したアフリカンゴスペルです。InstagramとFacebookリールからぜひご覧ください。

今年最後のアップデート(2) クリスマス・ウィンター寄付キャンペーンページ「卒業生からサポートへの感謝メッセージ」を更新しました
クリスマス・ウィンター寄付キャンペーンページをアップデートし、卒業生たちからサポートしてくださった方々への感謝を伝えるメッセージを掲載しました。



「卒業生のサポートへの感謝をメッセージ」プラス「キャンペーンイラスト 新しい年バージョン」
ウィンター寄付キャンペーンページで共有した、卒業生たちからの感謝を伝えるメッセージに加え、メインイラストをクリスマスから新しい年バージョンにアップデートしました。
このあたたかいイラストはどちらも片岡加珠美さんが描いてくださいました。片岡さんはアジア学院を長く支えて下さるサポーター。毎年送ってくださっているクリスマスカードのあたたかさに、今年のキャンペーンのメインイラストをお願いしました。

Graduation Celebrated and a Safe Return Home
Thank you for walking with the Asian Rural Institute (ARI) throughout this past year.
With your support, 27 participants were able to successfully complete the Rural Leaders Training Program this year. We offer our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who supported their nine-month training journey in so many different ways.
The graduates have now returned to their home countries, carrying a wealth of new learning. They are ready to work at the grassroots level, serving communities struggling with social issues such as conflict, hunger, and poverty.
As our final post of the year, we would like to share two updates:



Year-End Update (1): New Instagram and Facebook Reels
Throughout December, we shared a daily series on our Stories titled "Gifts of Hope to Bring Back to the Community." As a grand finale, we have compiled the smiles and messages of all the graduates into a single video. Additionally, since the first version received so many "Likes," we have added a special version.
"Gifts of Hope" Reel + ARI’s Song of the Year "Monene"
We have added a version featuring special background music. The song is "Monene," ARI’s "Song of the Year." This is an African Gospel song that the students sang during their West Japan Study Tour and at the commencement ceremony, sharing it with supporters along the way. Year-End Update (2): Christmas & Winter Donation Campaign Page
We have updated our Christmas & Winter Donation Campaign page to include "Messages from Graduates to our Supporters."



Graduate Thank You Messages + New Year's Campaign Illustration
In addition to sharing messages of thanks from the graduates on the campaign page, we have updated the main illustration from the Christmas version to a New Year version.
Both of these heartwarming illustrations were drawn by Ms. Kasumi Kataoka. Ms. Kataoka is a long-time supporter of ARI. We were so touched by the warmth of the Christmas cards she sends every year that we asked her to create the main illustrations for this year's campaign.
